The lesson today focused again on using diplomatic type language to disagree or express criticisms. The lighter discussions were at times a little casual but the very final case study meeting we had was excellent. You all applied the key learning points extremely well. M did an excellent job as chairperson and everyone participated with very good use of the types of phrases we have been learning.
