Some of the discussion today was a little challenging but the final topic provided a slower more considered discussion where everyone had to think carefully about what and how to say what they wanted to say. This was very well done.
The focus now is just to use the meeting language as much as possible. My plan today went a little askew because I had hope for 4 but next time I will make sure I have better contingency plans just in case we have fewer than 4
