The lesson today focused on using diplomatic type language to disagree or express criticisms. Up until now we have been using polite or fairly direct phrases to disagree with others. Sometimes it is necessary to disagree strongly but to do so could create problems. To prevent this it is often necessary to use diplomatic language to avoid causing offence.
